´La Plaza´is well known locally for its superb Spanish cuisine,

The owner, who is famous for serving Mediterranean and regional food
with a little Arabic influence, will spoil you with home made typical
recipes. We are sure you will enjoy the flavours which you can complement

The restaurant also has an indoor seating area, including an upper terrace
with stunning views, which makes this a perfect venue for private functions
and parties.

Blessed with a temperate Mediterranean climate it is
also to enjoy ´al fresco´ dining throughout most of the
year. 
In Canillas de Albaida they have their own excellent wines; moscatel,
dry, semi dry and sweet, made of the local grapes. The moscatel grapes
are also a typical product favoured my many visitors ánd local
people alike, and which is said to enrichen some typical plates.
Try our specialities as Local pan onion black pudding with cane honey,
Goat cheese with almonds, Roast leg of lamb steak, Roasted quails
in honey.
